I have done two home improvements projects with Hallmark Home Improvement. Everyone is great, considerate and professional even the subs they brought in. Many compliments from neighbors on how fast it went up and how great it looks. Stu and team always answered mine and my wife's questions. NEVER avoided a call or concern we had.

We interviewed several contractors when we needed a new deck and we were extremely picky and nervous because we had just had a horrible experience with a siding crew who botched the job so badly that our kids probably could have done better. We felt comfortable hiring Stu after meeting with him a few times, and we weren’t wrong!! Our deck is gorgeous and I was blown away by how quickly it was completed! Stu and his entire team are friendly and attentive and they truly care about their clients. They’re coming back on Thursday to start a total replacement of our kitchen including removing a wall and redoing a lot of electrical and plumbing, and we’re already planning on having them build us a garage and remodel our bathrooms as well. I can’t wait to update my review with pictures of our kitchen in a couple weeks!

I cannot speak highly enough of Stu and his crew. After a nightmare event with another contractor I went in with Hallmark very untrusting and overly scrutinizing. Stu and his crew proved to be more than I could have ever wished for. Every question answered timely, even the redundant over bearing ones. Every change handled with professionalism and timely fashion. Every request met. Stu went above and beyond to meet not only our needs but our wants. And the quality of the finished product was more than we had hoped for. The workmanship this crew did is above par but the thing I was most impressed with and still grateful for is how Stu has managed to keep the process personalized. His ability to listen, answer questions that come out of left field and even make adjustments to make the home owner comfortable is unparalleled. Having Hallmark do your work is as close to having a family member in the construction buisness as most of us will ever get. We hired them for a second large project and are already planning the third with Hallmark.
